How do I make a return?

If you wish to make a return, please contact us via email at sales@archexsupply.com with the subject of your request, and we will be happy to assist.

All return requests are verified before acceptance, and Archex reserves the right to refuse any return.

Certain conditions must be met for the return to be accepted:

  • The returned item must be in perfect condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging (i.e., not unpacked or installed).
  • The item must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

If the return request concerns a broken item: Customer service must be notified by email (sales@archexsupply.com) of the request within 48 hours of receiving the package. All transportation costs associated with this return are payable by the customer.

If the return request concerns a non-broken item: Customer service must be notified by email (sales@archexsupply.com) of the request within 30 days of receiving the package, along with a copy of the invoice and a photo of the item. No returns beyond 30 days of receiving the package will be accepted. If the return is accepted, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided to the customer. The customer must also pay a 30% return fee. All packaging and transportation costs are also the responsibility of the customer.

The following products cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Mirrors
  • Sanitary bins
  • Waste bins
  • Grab bars
  • Shower seats
  • Shower curtains
  • Large-sized products (toilet partitions, locker cabinets, mail lockers, and others)
  • Special orders
  • Made-to-order products

*Please note that any refund is made using the same original payment method within 14 business days.

*Please note that, if applicable, customs fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

What are your warranty policies?

The warranty applicable to each product sold online on the archexsupply.com website is that of the manufacturer.
